Paul has worked within Education for over thirty years during which time he has worked in management roles across several different sectors. Specifically, this has involved operational delivery within secondary and higher education together with strategic oversight and management of Extended Services within Telford and Wrekin and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council. Paul has also been involved in research and was a senior research fellow at the University of Birmingham and worked on the largest social science research project ever undertaken in the UK. He is currently Executive Director of Education and Training for The Professional Golfers Association and oversees all activity associated with the National Training Academy.
